Design principle：

1. The whole cylinder body is designed and manufactured according to the pressure vessel standards.
2. The whole operating process can be performed in a closed environment.
3. In the filtration stage, the bottom of the tank is mainly vacuumed. To improve the filtration efficiency, positive pressure can be applied in the tank, which is generally not more than 0.1MPa.
4. After the filter cake is drained, due to the high density of the filter cake, the filter cake can be scraped and loosened by the reverse cutting and lifting of the S-shaped blades.
5. During the washing process, the forward rotation and lifting of the S-shaped blades play a stirring role, so that the washing liquid and materials can be fully washed.
6. The chassis and the cylinder body are designed as a non-detachable structure, and the supporting mesh and the middle orifice plate are laid on the chassis for smooth liquid flow and installation of filter cloth.
7. The filter medium includes filter cloth, non-woven fabric, or sintered mesh.
8. The material is discharged automatically from the side discharge outlet through the reverse pushing of the S-shaped blades.
9. The forward and reverse rotation of the stirrer is driven by the motor reducer, thereby driving the main shaft to rotate, and the hydraulic valve is adjusted to control the lifting speed. The reducer can be made in China or imported.
