This "three-in-one" equipment for filtration, washing,and drying can simultaneously replace filtration and drying equipment (such as suction filters, filter presses,double cone dryers, drying ovens,etc.)to complete filtration, washing, drying, and solid discharging in the same equipment.It is widely used in pharmaceutical,chemical,pesticide,food and other industries and is the best equipment for filtration and drying. It is capable of realizing fully enclosed, full-process continuous operation and production,and is more suitable for the production of products with sterile requirements and toxic products.

Filtration stage: separation of product filter cake and mother liquor. The available filter cake thickness is up to 500mm.

Washing stage: the filter cake is further purified,and the residual mother liquor is washed and pre-dehydrated. The filter cake and washing liquid are mixed layer by layer by lifting the stirrer, and finally, the slurry is generated, and the suspended liquid filter cake is fully washed.

Drying stage: dehydration and drying of the filter cake.

While the filter cake is being scraped and loosened layer by layer by the stirrer,the side walls of the equipment, the bottom of the filter plate,and the moving stirring blades simultaneously heat the filter cake,and the moisture quickly evaporates to achieve the drying effect.The evaporation is accelerated by vacuum in the equipment, and the evaporated moisture is taken away by adding treated hot nitrogen and other media to accelerate the drying of the material and improve the drying effect.

Bottom plate structure: main material AISI304 or 316L.

Filter material: metal sintered plate or filter cloth.It is optional from 5um to 50um according to the user's needs.

Filter cloth dead angle edge distance: 25mm single side.

Flatness of single-side bottom plate: ±1mm/m.

A.The fixed chassis is welded to the equipment cylinder body and equipped with heating system for heating and drying.

B.Detachable chassis: clamp the upper and lower flanges with clips to achieve a sealing effect. The chassis can be disassembled and dropped to the ground using a hydraulic cylinder. The lower part of the chassis s equipped with wheels for moving to clean the filter plate. The chassis is equipped with a heating system, one is a channel type and the other is a pipeline heating type.The filter plate is fixed with bolts from the bottom of the chassis to balance the filter plate, and the part in contact with the product is provided with bolts.

Discharging stage: the dry material is automatically discharged from the side discharge outlet through the reverse rotation of the S-shaped stirring paddle,and directly enters the packaging.

A.Stir and rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise

1.Drive the shaft to rotate after speed reduction by the motor reducer.The rotating speed is rapidly adjustable through frequency conversion.

2.The hydraulic pump provides power through the hydraulic motor to drive the shaft to rotate,the speed is regulated by the regulating valve,and the stirrer and chassis lifting can be powered by the hydraulic pump on the hydraulic station.

B.The reducer shall be purchased from Changzhou Guomao or German SEW Company.

B.Rotary speed: through the frequency converter, it is adjustable in a range of 0-20 rpm and the safety prevention device is required.
