Bag Filter
DL series bag filter is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with novel, smallsize, simple and flexible operation, energy saving,high efficiency, closed operation and strong adaptability.
DL series bag filter is mainly composed ofiter cylinder body, filter cylinder cap,quick-opening mechanism, filter bag reinforcing mesh, and other main components.
DL series bag filter is a pressure fitration equipment. The liquid flows into the filter bag from the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The fiter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing mesh. Qualified filtrate can be obtained when the liquid permeates thefilter with the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are captured and extracted by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag,and there is no material consumption for filtration.
It is widely used for precision filtration in paint, beer, vegetable oil, medicine, cosmetics, chemicals, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photosensitive chemicals, electroplating solution, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, latex, industrial water, sugar water, resin,ink, industrial wastewater, fruit juice,edible oil, wax and other industries.
